ECS Tuning,
I don't have pictures but the tabs attaching the lower rings and bulb holder to the main light body are broken, and the sub-assembly is dangling inside. I disassembled the headlight but could not remove and repair the sub-assembly. It can be a good spare for someone.

Oh ok, yes i know what you mean, there is a pivot ball joint also in there that can pop out or break, you could bake it and take it apart and gorilla glue it.

Possible fix

Bachman,

not sure if this will be helpful to you, but I had an own xenon assembly that I bought, where the bulb was facing down and was loose.

i fished some string around the front of the bulb inside the housing. I did not remove the lens. So the loop of string went in from the back and also came out the back. I then yanked up on the string to pull the assembly back on the ball socket post. I then pulled out the sting.

maybe this is helpful or maybe it is not. I either case, best of luck to you.

Cruiser77,

Thank you for the great innovation and advice. Unfortunately in my case, the plate with 4 screws that attaches the bulb housing to the frame is broken in two places and cannot be secured. Probably cracked/broken during the initial Joey Mod procedure.

I appreciate your considerate suggestion.

Bahman
