Yes, these are factory replacements for minis equipped with oem xenon headlights. Just plug and play. If you don't have factory xenon headlights. These won't fit.

Don't know what you mean but if your factory low beams (driving lights) are D2S, then these will fit. Here is a bulb guide. https://www.sylvania.com/en-us/appli...s/lrgmain.aspx
