My beloved R61 was a victim of a hit-and-run while parked at a grocery store in south Philadelphia today. The hood is dented, but luckily everything in the engine bay avoided damage.

I found a replacement hood for the R60 Countryman. Will that also fit the Paceman?

I was under the impression that both cars are identical until the A-pillar, but wanted to confirm. Thanks!

 

I did a quick check on realoem.com and it shows the same part number for R60 and R61 hoods.

Parking lots are the WORST! I hope your Paceman is back to its happy hood soon.

 

Another option is paintless dent repair.

 

I'm no expert but that doesn't look like a candidate for paintless dent repair to me.
