R61 What did you do to your PACEMAN today?
On the R56S I added a Alta 2" and did note a little reduction in FM reception on road trips but not in the metro, on the R61S I added the newest design Mini OEM short antenna that is around 3.25" and could not tell any difference in reception what so ever.
Hope that helps...

The FM antenna is built into the back window glass. The rubber antenna is only for AM reception. Unless you listen to AM, you could actually take it off, and it won't affect anything.

thanks.... just an idea for now.... keeping it debadged, but might do that idea later.... others are welcome to use the idea :-)
I found this thread: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...light-mod.html but I used the Ribbon strips instead for the lights, they put out more lumens according to the site: http://www.oznium.com/led-ribbon I went for the 24" strip
The strips have 3m adhesive on the back that I just taped to the trunk deck lid and I taped up the wiring with gorilla tape. I popped out the rear light that was there and used some tap connectors to tap into the wires and wired a jack which is just under the hinge for the deck lid, and ran the wire their. This way I can still just unplug and remove the deck lid.
It's amazing how much nicer it is to be able to see in the trunk.

I installed the VIP Front Strut tie bar and rear sway bar. The handling is definitely sharper and the car a little flatter, very happy with it. However there is now a clunk/squeak out of the rear end that wasn't previously there. we put it back on the rack and tightened everything up but it still happens.
I've read a few posts about possibly needing spacers on some of these bars, and I have a call into VIP to see what they say about it, but so far this little quirk is ruining an otherwise great upgrade.
