Does the Computer track the thermostat issue?

Try to find out what MINI has done to truly root cause and solve the problem instead of just putting a new part on hoping that it won't happen later. There were rumors that a new part came out in the fall, but I cannot confirm that yet. If so then there will be a lot of people asking to have their suspect ones replaced.
I have been having the same problem and had my car in the dealer twice so far, but they said the computer doesn't show any issues. "It's running fine" Unfortunately my dealer is about 30 to 40 degrees warmer than where I live, so the issue isn't happening there. Can someone tell me what they should test for? They can't do anything unless a test proves thereis an issue!!
