Looks great Hobie - I don't think I've seen the silver/polar beige combination before.

 

Thanks for the kind words. The polar beige is a big hit around here. Everyone loves the look of the car. We don't drive too much at night but when we do the mood lighting really looks kewl against the polar beige interior.

Based on my experience with the Clubman forums, these are popular for a while then fade over the long-haul.

I think it would be neat to group all of the color threads into a folder which is "sticky" as a resource for both current and potential (future) owners...

Hey Critterz nice ride, only difference on our interior will be that I got the polar beige color line to accent the piping on the lounge leather.

SE-14 Sport Edition rims from Tirerack. 17" are $115 each. I know this cause I just purchased 5 with snows..

Two questions:

Are you happy with the Polar Beige interior? How difficult is it to keep clean?
Are the rally lights effective?

Your CM is almost identical to the one I built at Habberstad this afternoon.

Yes, we're very happy with the Polar Beige interior. It's a big hit too with everyone who likes the vehicle.

It doesn't seem too difficult to keep clean just don't spill coffee on it though. I got a small drop on the seat and had to clean it right away or it would definitely stain. I would suggest keeping some moist hand wipes nearby in case you have any liquid mishaps.

The rally lights do add extra lighting to the xenons. I had to adjust them slightly which was a real PITA. As far as function vs. aesthetics goes, to me they just make the CM look more awesome.
