Are those the factory driving lights and if so, do they come with the covers too?

 

I believe those are indeed the factory lights as an accessory. If I'm not mistaken, they do come with covers or you can order them separately. Hope this helps

 

The factory lights do come with the covers. I don't recommend leaving them on all the time as, depending on who walks by, the covers can tend to walk off with them.

 

The covers are available separate , but yes those are factory Rally lights.
