So the other day I put on a leather wrap around my steering wheel. Took me about 1 1/2 hours to sew it in. It was only about 35 degrees out, maybe, so my fingers were a little numb when done. It came out pretty good, the sewing was as tight as I could get it without breaking the line on the wrap. Only around the three points of the steering wheel where I had some issues.
BONUS!
That odometer reads only 63k
They do not roll over at 100k ;-)

I just purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman S ALL4. I hope I said that correctly. lol This Mini is a surprise present for our daughter for her sixteenth birthday this coming May. I have never ever stepped foot in nor have I driven a Mini until this past Tuesday. I test-drove in order; 2015 Countryman S, 2015 Cooper S Hardtop 4 Door, 2015 Countryman, 2015 Hardtop 4 Door Base, and a 2015 Countryman S ALL4. I must say these little cars are fun to drive. haha
I'm here for the fun, the questions, the issues, the modifications, etc...Is there anything I need to do right now with this Coop?
Hey guys, figured Id share my Countryman with you...really surprised I havent yet. I got it as a "family car" as my other vehicles dont have enough space and 2 doors arent fun going store to store with a new baby. Ive wanted a Golf R forever, but I love my other Mini and I thought a Countryman S All4 hit the right spot - I wanted a JCW, but it wasnt in the cards at that moment. I am going for the OEM+ look, but I do plan on getting a hybrid turbo, RPMPower tune, OS Giken GT Clutch/Flywheel in the future for more pep. Right now I have some basic things done which have made it a bit more fun to drive.

Wanted to post a pic of a totaled 2016 Countryman S All4. Deer stepped in front of my vehicle while we were going 60 mph. Deer was swept off its feet and fell into the engine compartment, then rolled off to the left and hopped away. Because the bumper wasn't impacted there were no airbags deployed. All we felt was a bump and a stop, not hard at all, no injuries. Found out later that Minis are created with front and rear crumple zones for head-on/rear impacts like this - basically serves like a shock absorber to prevent injury to the occupants, but it ensures your Mini will suffer a lot of damage. RIP Mini, you served us well. 2016 Countryman S All4 totaled by direct deer strike
