So this means you are one of those people riding around with your foglights on for no good reason, annoying other drivers on the road?

In QuebEc, which is part of Canada,it is the law to have DRLs.
You live far away, so its not me bugging you.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!

So your MINI didn't have DRLs until you wired the fog lights to also come on with the headlights? I find that hard to believe.

You may not be bugging me directly (though you never know), but you will likely be bugging your fellow motorists. And in the process, giving MINI owners/drivers a bad rep. Which does bug me directly. But I guess if your solution works for you, that is all that really matters.

Man, you have been busy. Please let me know how you did this. I don't have an OEM wiring diagram so haven't attempted it.

I can send you my email if you have a diagram to share other details.

Thanks and Merry Christmas !!

When I joined this forum, I was under the impression it was a place where people could share ideas without fellow members being judgemental and copping an attitude because they do not approve. Wow. Guess not.

How did you attach them without a bracket? I have to say that it looks like a clean install.

The factory bumper mounted fogs are so low and dim its hard to believe they'd bother anyone.?
Half of the lens housing is already a parking light.

I'd be interested in how you wired this as well

Thanks.

Seriously. I am amazed and bummed out with the lack of posts on this site compared to the site for the other vehicle I own. But more and more I think I know why...there are so many people waiting here to bash other people's innovation and ideas.

Anyways, I like the install...nice work. My only criticism is where's the write-up? Looks good.
