MINI Retrofit Xenon Headlights

Way Motor Works and ECS Tuning offer retrofit Xenon headlights. Has anybody here installed those? I have two questions.

1. With the xenon headlights, how does the high beam work? I don't think HID is suitable for high beams and I only see one headlight lens per housing.

2. Can the car be programmed for the HID lights only by the dealer or is there a computerized tool freely available that can do it?

on 2. last I heard it requires dealer's programming.
I'm not aware of any simple tools that can do the programming.

Since it's BI-Xenon they do both high beam and low beam just like the factory option. Tons of threads covering this excellent retrofit kit. Read the forum.
