Recaro Seats Dealer Installed

When I purchased my used MINI Cooper R58, I wished it had the Recaro Seat option which is a $ 2,750 option. The dealer helped me configure the parts where we reused the factory seat frames and air bags. The parts came out to $ 3,500 and the labor of removing the material off the old seats and installing the new material/foam, etc. came out to $ 300 per seat, plus reprogramming the passenger seat occupancy sensor. If anyone is interested I can email you the scanned PDF invoice with all the part numbers on it.

Beautiful seats. I just can't get over the loose leather wrinkles on the headrests. Pretty poor for a set of 4k seats.

I agree, I may have to warranty them

Once Summer comes the leather will shrink a little and get a little tighter.

Nope. I like the fit and the lumbar support. I'm 215 lbs and the bottom and sides holds me good
