R58 My New PW/CR JCW Coupe has arrived!
The long wait came to an end this weekend when I finally took delivery of my new JCW Coupe. I took tons of pics and actually filmed the experience using my HD camcorder. Once I edit the film, I will post it to youTube for all to see. There is some "surprise" footage that I won't give away here but lets just say that some of it would have never been possible without "special" help from the Mini of Portland dealer! It is very cool and I can't wait to show you all! I wanted to capture the experience of taking delivery of a new Mini Coupe. For those who have already have the car - you know exactly what I am talking about.
Here are a few pics of the car which I might add has been getting TONS of attention everywhere I go (and even when it is just sitting in my driveway)! Of course all the attention has been positive

Not a huge fan of the Coupe but nice colour choice. Looks Great.
Did you pic the JCW chili red interior?

Thanks
Yes I chose the red trim which matches the red accents on the steering wheel, shifter, and leather seats. All combined, the red and black colors really "pop" and tie in well with the car's red roof/mirrors. Here is a pic which shows the interior colors:

You picked the exact right interior.

) and leatherette black seats (
). You did it right IMO. How much did that ride set you back and what year is your MCS?
Thanks for all the positive comments about the car. The headlight housing is white/silver and is an option you can choose when ordering the car. I think I had to get that in order to get the adaptive headlights. Anyway, glad you all like it
The car retailed in the 38k range but I was able to get a bit of a discount off that which definitely helped.
My MCS (which is now for sale) is a 2004 model and is looking for a good home. Let me know if you want to "adopt" it.
Cheers,
Greg

That's cool! I knew they were offering black housings but didn't know they added white to the mix. Makes me wonder if they are doing other body colors as well now. I haven't been on the configurator since I ordered my Coupe.
