Good find on the caps. As for wheels they are the red line R113-18". My dealer had a promo flyer for $1000 off the wheel package. Don't let the online price scare you too much :-)

 

I only wonder if I should have gone for the carbon fiber scoop too. Thoughts?

I've owned my Chili Red/Silver Top Coupe since March 3rd. I can't get enough of it and LOVE driving it. It's my first MINI, but surely not my last one for sure! I've done very few mods on it so far: MINI Driving Lights, Window tinting, Sport antenna, Union Jack shifter insert.

I LOVE the looks it gets and I'll be taking some really good shots of it soon (so far just iPhone pics).

 

Posted this over in 1st Gear but wanted to share here too.

This is my first MINI but I'm not new to the MINI world. My wife bought a 06 Justa new so I've had a few years of play. I've gone back and forth on buying my own for a long time. I almost bought an R53 several times but never pulled the trigger. They just had too many seats!

When I saw the Coupe I was sold. It was perfect timing since I wanted to get rid of my old car within a few months. I played around with my configuration for a few weeks and then ordered one with tons of bells and whistles. Picked her up on Wednesday afternoon and have been smiling ever since.

I added a stubby antenna, will be tinting the windows, and maybe changing the wheels since the ones I actually wanted were out of stock. Other than that I'm going to do my best to not mod. I spent WAY too much time modding my last car and I want to just take a break.

What touches did you add to the interior? My Coupe didn't come w/any color inside, so I am thinking about wrapping some pieces with a 3M 1080 vinyl product. Not sure if I'll do it or if I'll take it to a pro and let them do it for me. Rooster Red is my color of choice, just like what you have inside Raylan. I cannot wait to get it done one way or the other!
