Will insurance total my car out?

Do you think this could be repaired? I was hit by a dump truck.

:( Just guessing, but if no airbags deployed and rear suspension wasnt damaged it could get repaired

Of course it can be repaired, question is how much money, what's it worth and insurance company.

WAG of $7,000 to fix it, and WAG of $9,000 value....so they might not total it. If they do total it, ask them how much to buy it. I did that with a BMW and learned a lot and made some money.....which I mostly spent on tools...

But seriously id guess they would total it out, especially if you tell them that:
a. It better be perfect after the repair
and most importantly
b. That you want to be compensated for the depreciation it will incur after that accident is reported to carfax (because it will ABSOLUTELY effect your trade in value)
