Got another concern I thought I'd get an opinion on.

While trying to figure out the window problem I noticed that I have a slit in the door weatherstripping apparently from the door sagging. I have noticed that the door does not close completely all the time. Does this repair usually just mean I order new door pins and bushings? And of course a new weatherstrip moulding.
