Too bad no one has posted pics here. I would also be interested. I should get my Verty in Sept and I live in south Florida. I don't think that not tinting is an option for me.

But he's a R52 not R57.

 

I'll see if I can take a couple of mine and put them up. I also live in south florida and could not survive without tints. It's the first thing I did after buying the car. As a matter of fact, getting the windows tinted has been the first thing I've done with every car I've bought for the past 20 years.

I go with 20% all around.

 

Lets see a photo, I don't think he is too worried about whether it is an R57, just wants to know what tint will look like on a convertible.

Some say that tinting is a bad idea because it looks strange when you happen to have top down and windows up.

 

I just tinted mine this week. It really helps cut down the heat. I'll take pictures tomorrow.

Looks good. I to was wondering how a cabrio would look with the windows tinted. I guess I will get mine done also. I will post pics after it gets done.

Some convertible cars do look strange with tinted windows, but the Mini actually looks great!
