2002 VW Jetta Wagon. Sold it about a week after ordering our MINI. It was a great car with only 50K miles. Couldn't resist the temptation of the R56.

My last car was a '72 VW bug that I had 16 years ago. Haven't had a car since then.

Porsche 911 C4 - my heart is still bleeding, but I am building a house and arriving with a Porsche to beat up contractors on the price does not work - Mini in combination with a Nissan Titan should come accross a lot more humble ...

2004 Chevy Trailblazer LT - LOADED! It sold faster than I expected, so I've been "borrowing" a 1996 Explorer till my Lightning Blue MCS arrives.

92 Honda Accord LX, which has been a fabulous car. It literally sold itself.

I had an '02 Honda Civic 4-door DX, quite possibly the most boring and gutless car on the planet. Before that was a '97 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX and my 1st car was a Isuzu Stylus XS, my Mini is my 4th car.

2002 Hyndai Santa Fe---bought it because we wanted to be able to double date with another couple if we wanted to and have regretted giving up my red Misubitshi Eclipse 5-speed since day 4. Gave the Santa Fe to the kid and working on selling his 1999 Jetta (2nd half of year) that has been sitting in the Florida sun for 8 years and has 111K miles. (POS)

I traded my 2002 Yellow and Black Cooper on my new Cooper S. So far it's been a great decision.

I've had 2 Mini's... before my first one I had an E36 M3, and before my second one I had a G35 Coupe 6MT. Both nice cars, but I prefer the MINI .

Why ARE you beating up contractors on the price of various things if you have the money for a C4... I understand getting fair prices, but what kind of car you drive shouldn't dictate the level of filtration they use on fairness .

Was driving a nice 2000 VW Passat, white with all black leather, pretty sweet but have had my heart set on a MINI for two years straight. I ordered her after driving the first 07 that hit the dealership (after driving an 05 in 05 and an 06 in 06). Sold the VW in ONE DAY (at a mid- to higher-price due to condition)! I have been sharing my husbands Miata for the last three weeks but I'll be sitting in Edna tomorrow at 10am! YEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAA!

You want boring? I've got a '99 Nissan Altima for you. Decent power, smooth, and a bargain for the money, but I wanted FUN and FAST. I got it!

I think I have you all beat as far as going from one extreme to the other. 1995 loaded F-150 SuperCab 2wd with 206k miles to 07 MCS Laser Blue and loaded. I'm still keeping my truck because it's just too handy to not have around.
