Not bad.

But we only get seven characters... Bellaaa just doesn't quite have the same appeal.

Not around here . I'm not saying there's anything wrong with y'all but this is the first car I've ever owned with a pistol compartment built in from the factory.

If I end up ordering mine it'll have NRA stickers on the back. I gave away my www.IHateLiberals.com bumper sticker, but could easily get another.

Sigh- Yes, MINI is wonderful. I'm in the Mercedes this week to put some miles on it before the lease is up- it sits stagnant a lot because I enjoy driving the MINI so much more. It's a convertible kind of day today but this car has as much personality as a toaster. I wish I'd found Minis earlier...my stable would look very different...

So that's what the secret compartment is for.

Really though I'm all for live and let live. If you Texans need to arm your Mini go right ahead. And you won't have a problem if you come up to MN as concealed firearms are allowed now. MN used to be a very liberal state... not so much anymore. I miss Wellstone.

I love guns. I love threads about guns. I like to shoot, read about and even cleaning guns. I think you and I are of a like mind on this particular area of our interest, Cory. Good to have you here.

I think we are in the company of gentle souls who may not understand, appreciate or even feel comfortable with our enthusiasm for firearms. I like all of them and appreciate the participation of all of them and you.

If you what to talk guns or why the Cowboys are better than the Eagles
PM me but let's curb the gun chat on the NFR support group thread, cool?

I'm just up here in the Live Free or Die state cleaning my chains and studs from the weekend fun to come back to some good winter tire advice even though it's spring/summer and the wish to keep it that way.
And now left/ right wing Mini demographics?

The Mini is a dichotomy between economy and sports car that with its good looks attracts enthusiast of all variety. It’s just that Night fire red is the best IMHO! Now what size rack would fit?

Like my friend just said, who's on the front lines in the war on terror, "We're all Americans". As a Marine I was always glad to defend anyone's right to do or be whatever they like. Of course, if I didn't like it I'd make sure there were no witnesses and then I'd correct their behavior.
T.O. is a Dallas Cowboy, former Eagle who caused all sorts of bruhahas.
Anyhoo, I'm still trying to sell my M3. The second it sells I'll be ordering my Mini. Is good?:
Nightfire Red (including the roof)
Cold Weather Package
Sport Package
Front and Rear Fog Lamps
Manual Transmission, of course
Anthracite Headliner
Gravity Tuscan Beige Leather
10-Speaker Hi-Fi Sound System
Hi-Definition Radio
Brushed Alloy Interior Surface
Black Rubber Floor Mats Front and Back
R90 16" Wheels

Nice options
The one option that I didn't get was the fog lights; wished I did.
Now just get the Hoppe's No. 9 Air freshener
Good luck with the M3; any offers yet?

Some periodic interest, but I'm asking a lot. I've maintained it as well or better than any car in the history of cars so there's a value that only another psychotically **** maintenance freak would appreciate. Might just list it on Auto Trader and see what happens.

I've got 150 mile commute M-F. Sirius is great for Stern and the variety of music stations. I haven't listened to regular radio in about five years. The unit in the MINI is better than the ones in my SLK or Escape- it doesn't seem to drop the signal as often (underpasses etc...)

I grew up in southern CA, did a year at SMU in TX, worked at Dinan in Northern CA, ended up here in Allenstown NH...it's cold, but a dry cold; don't notice it much until 15-20 below.

It that like our dry heat.... Once it is above 110.... it is pretty much all the same.
