R56 Please post pictures of your R56 here...
I bet I could. I've thought of that, but never acted on it. We'll see.
I'm at a loss as to how anybody could prefer the stock front bumper over the JCW front bumper. What don't you like about it?
Actually, it's just like everyting else in life - it's subjective. I don't particularly care for any component of the JCW kit because it changes the "perceived" proportion of the car and makes the lower portion of the car appear too busy and unnecessarily fussy. I prefer the aesthetic of the "plain" S to cars with any of the available body kits.

I know its a little dirty but I couldn't help taking a few pictures of the new mini tonight. Its my first Mini and I love it so far. I'm still trying to figure out how to drive a FWD car. I went from 350Z-->CTS-V-->Mini!
I can't wait to get it out on the track to test the limits.
As you can see it only has two mods so far. The super cool "Actual Size" sticker and a 20% tint all around. I'm up to 700 miles and should have it broken in by the end of the week.

I'm with VicSkimmer and Wolfgang ... the stock front bumper is weak and unfinished with the black plastic not producing a clean surround near the fog lights (piece jutting out of line). This is also found on the stock rear bumper where the surround is similarly inconsistent. The fog lights seem to float in a concave opening unanchored. The JCW front bumper should have been the stock bumper and the real JCW bumper should have been redesigned to match a better-looking rear JCW bumper, which (as is) looks horrible.

I'll be doing searches by your ID btw to read what you have to say about your ride in comparison to a big hi-power sedan.
I have a C43 that I transplanted w/a E55 engine [the NA engine, not the Kompressor engine], before the swap was in-love with the CTS-V but never made the move, and decided to heavily mod what I had instead. I'm very interested to hear about your continuing feelings of the R56S. [I'll probably still be keeping my C43/55 after getting a R56S tho, unless the right person comes along] Would you be willing to PM me with some thoughts? (so as not to take this thread off-topic)
