Factory Aero Kit Photos (Brace Yourself)

Here it is, posted on Mini2 and confirmed by a source "in the know." I don't find it overly attractive, but I imagine it will appeal to some?

The "hypersport" package/factory installed aero kit:

I don't care for the way it truncates the wheel arches.

Am I the only one who thinks that is just a terrible photochop job?

Either way it's ugly, in my opinion...

Sorry to say, but the looks of the 07 MC made me rush to buy a earlier car!

I wouldn't believe this was the real thing as it is very obviously touched up, but if it were...blech!

I saw aero kit cars here in Phoenix today as they have 20+ 2007s in town for the Press Release and launch coming over the next month. I didn't see any that looked just like that. I didn't see any that had the body color start/stop like that. They all continue with the black trim down to the side skirts and front and rear.

If there was ever a reason to paint wheel arches. There you have it.

Painted arches make it look a little better, but still..bleh :

If you want a different color, let me know. I saved the Photoshop file.

No kidding.

I'm in the "photoshop" camp... but I do believe that's the kit that will be offered (just on a computer generated car). There's no evident hood gap.

It's not bad, but it's like JCW Aero Lite. Sort of a "what's the point?"

I'm not a fan of the Aero look anyway, but there ain't much "aero" there.

Hey you beat me to it, I was just messing with a psd.

I agree with whoever said the original is a photo retouch job.
Again a photo will tell the tale, not a rendering.
Thanks for uploading the original image though it's nice to see even a hint at what it could possibly be.
- It sure got a response either way.
