OCG - Sorry to hear your car didnt make the ship. I hope it makes the next one!

Apparently the Taipan is not reporting its location, I cant find a record of it yet and dont know how to find its call sign. Help?

I'm there with 'ya (hopefully).

MINIUSA and 866-ASK-MINI aren't jiving for me right now.

Web site says I'm "Sceduled For Production"

Phone system says "Production is complete" and awaiting transport to the shipper.

I've been checking the WW website. It still shows arrival at Charleston on 2/14. Maybe it will show up on the aislive website when it nears the coast.

I just checked the WW website and it is now scheduled to arrive in New York on 2/9, a day earlier than previously scheduled. Maybe our MINIs will arrive in Charleston early. Wouldn't that be nice.

How long across the pond???

Looks like my mini was loaded today on the TOMBARRA....... any guess on the time it takes to cross to East Coast???? I'm guessing it goes to Port Newark, NJ. My dealer is located outside of Philly..........

It took the Taipan 7-8 days to reach NY, next stop is Baltimore which adds another 2 days.

WW has the Taipan docking today in NY and also leaving to go to B'more today as well. Interestingly, it hasnt turned red indicating that it has left the port in NY yet. I wonder if its late. I looked on AIS Live and cant find the ship anywhere.

OL is now showing my MINI at the VDC with an estimated delivery date of 2/20. My MA thinks it may be earlier.

How about anyone else?

Mini's website finally updated for me overnight saying it is at the VDC and estimated delivery date is 2/18 but they are closed that day. I have a call in to my MA to double check the progress of my car since the website is typically behind on things.
