Long story short I'm running a tuned and full bolton jcw n14 and my aluminum intake manifold nuts keep coming loose on the studs. I tried tge same exact NEW nuts but they too came loose. O yea , I also put in new studs also along with red lock tight.
I now have these 3x different style ones . One has the attached washer that spins , next one is an acorn style and lastly is a nut with an attached washer and the washer has a serrated backside..
which will be best ???

You would think red lock tight, a wedge lock washer and a double nut should do the job.
To bad you can't get a castellated nut on there with a cotter pin or wire, that would definitely do it, haha.
If red Loctite isn't holding the nut, there's something else wrong. Are you torquing it properly? Are you allowing it to dry (24 hours) before starting it?

No and yes..
The problem is my all aluminum intake , I'm spose to use a phenolic gasket/spacer but it was impossible to get that thing to seal fully do I have to male my own paper gaskets and I coat them I'm copper gasket spray so they almost become like those thin metal gaskets.
my engine has solid mounts so that's definitely contributing to this issue and I bet every time I chatter my clutch because it's a stupid stage 3x 6puck , it probably shakes the **** out of it too. And after 2x weeks or so I notice them getting loose because I gradually loose boost snd power until the car begins to yoyo under partial throttle because the leak has gotten too bad and nuts too loose.
I've tried torqing a few different tightnesses. I also tried different nuts and even tried 2x up the nuts and idk how but they still came loose..lolol I eben bought a handful of specialty tools that can get at the nuts well.
I tried 3x of the nurs with the spinning washers and 2x acorn nuts and seeing if this will hold. But I'd like to find a permanent solution because I will be doing a valve cleaning very soon , I just want the car driving a1 until them.
Is it the nuts backing off, or the studs backing out of the head?
Same.
Have you tried nylon threaded nuts? How about bolts and lock washers? I use bolts and washers on mine. It came with the Koala Spacer I run. Haven't had an issue. But may be the way to go. Also running solid motor mounts on mine too.
