Are the LF fenders really just bolt on? I’ve worked on many a Mini but have never had to remove one. I bought a Cooper a few days ago with damage to the LF fender and hood; not bad, but enough for me to want to replace both. I’m not talking about the black fender arch, but the actual metal fender.
I JUST got the car to my shop 2 days ago, but haven’t had a chance to look it over as I’ve been off. Yes, I bought it without looking at it in person, and no, it doesn’t run (allegedly). I paid $500 for it with 138k on it, mainly for the working sunroof and center armrest to swap into my Clubman, but now thinking I might get it back on the road….. Picture is from the ad.
That’s what I thought and what it looked like in the diagram, but sometimes those can be misleading. My eldest is begging me to get it running again so she can have it when she turns 16 (she’s 11 now)! She’d rather have that than the Clubman S due to fuel economy, plus she loves the green.
