Missing cable on sensor and a tube

Hi all! i've bought a Mini few days ago and just this morning i've noticed that in the intake tube, that connect the airbox to turbo, miss al little tube (maybe pvc?) and undet that tube, where there are a coolant bend, there's a sensor without wiring plugged in (i have no wire disconnected in engine bay). Can some knows what i dont have?

Additional information: Mini Cooper S R56 LCI n18 engine late 2012, no error code both in BC and diagnosys.

Attached some pictures.

Thank you all and sorry if theres a language mistake.

The sensor is a remnant of a factory to dealer update. That is a now "unused" temperature sensor. The used temperature sensor is now located in the thermostat housing.

The tube fitting may or may not be used. Take a look into the end of the fitting and see if there is a hole or not. Some cars were supplied with that fitting blocked off.
