P0301 code

hello, everyone. new here and i have a ‘09 mini copper JCW w/ the N14 engine. my issue started while i was on the highway and it suddenly lost power. CEL came on and started flashing. my initial thought was spark plugs or coil packs so i went and did all four plugs and all four coil packs. problem persisted. scanned it and received a P0300 (random/multiple cylinder misfire), P0301 (cylinder 1 misfire), and P0302 (cylinder 2 misfire). thought it could be carbon build up so i removed intake manifold and fuel rail w/ injectors. walnut blasted all four intake ports and had injectors serviced. also replaced intake manifold gaskets and throttle body gasket and replaced the fuel filter. put everything back together and problem persisted. next on the list was the HPFP since it was reading pressure in the 700’s at cold start. replaced and problem persists only now i’m only getting a P0301 (cylinder 1 misfire). this where i’m currently at.

any ideas on what else it could be? any input is greatly appreciated! thanks!

Run a compression test across all 4. Hopefully they all come back in the same range.
