Right around 4000 rpms my car stutters a bit it doesn't always do it but I notice it a lot getting onto highways under heavy acceleration. Also every now and again when I start it, it idles like crap and i get a cylinder 2 misfire code. If i give it a little gas when i start it, it won't do it that often.

I just replaced the plugs, wires, and coil pack and about to change the fuel filter this weekend. Could it be time for injectors? Many thanks for any help I'm at a complete loss and i can't afford to send it to a garage right now.

 

Since you have a misfire code.... Kinds thinking you are feeling a misfire...
Guessing it is (most likely) from a burnt valve....may worsen over a few thousand miles...
But could be a clogged injector or something..
So keep using 90+ octane fuel, maybe a bottle of injector cleaner....
You could try to swap injectors I guess....get new orings....see if the misfire follows the injector...

 

threw a bottle of injector cleaner in to see how that goes. Is there any other signs I should look out for for a burnt valve?

 

I would do a compression check to see if all cylinders have equal pressure.

 

Threw in a set of JCW injectors its not as bad and no codes thrown yet. I'll see if it settles in at all. If not she's going for a compression test
