Throttle position(TP) switch A/accelerator

Cooper Drivers, I have a problem with my 2009 Cooper S. I have lost turbo boost with the half colored orange check engine light on my tach gauge. I finally got the official check engine light and the code reads P0120 Throttle Position (TP) switch A/accelerator pedal position (APP) switch A - circuit Malfunction. Mini; Throttle/ Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A" Circuit Low. I have replaced the pedal with new parts from Mini and used from the junk yard. to no avail. I am wondering if any one has any idea what I am doing wrong. Could there be another reason why I would get this code?

The best way to tackle this is by reading the live data of the gas pedal and throttle body. The fault could be in the throttle body is is more common than the pedal, in my opinion.
