DTC error P0123 & P0222 ?

My OBDII scanner tells me that I have these two codes and they stand for:
P0123: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch 'A' Circuit High
P0222: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch 'B' Circuit High
Any Ideas what to do?
