BIMMERCODE How to turn off TPMS monitoring?
I have an '11 Mini and I purchased it with aftermarket rims and was wondering how I can use BIMMERCODE to code out the TPMS monitoring? I am tired of seeing the light on the dash. Any help is appreciated!

Through coding, it should be possible to disable TPMS monitoring but I have not researched the precise method. It would probably involve modifying the VO to remove the TPMS option and then defaulting the various modules that process it.
Another option that may be simpler is to just get the proper TPMS sensors installed in your wheels so the system is functional. You can pick up a set of sensors from ECStuning for about $300: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-huf-part...36106856227kt/

I was told by PepBoys that they refreshed my sensors when I got my tires. When I start the car though it pops up that TPMS is inactive. I have checked fuses and relays and in all honesty I’m at the point that it isn’t that big of a deal. Everything is hooked up inside the back panel of the clubman where my main box is. Over 25 years of driving, I think I know how to check my tire pressure, so I really am at the point that I want to tear the dash apart just to pull that bulb, cover it, I just don’t want to see it. What I would be afraid of is buying new sensors and have the same issue.

My Miata wheels don't have pressure sensor in them, and I really don't find it that big of a deal to have the light on the dash. But, personal preference.
I believe with NCSExpect you can disable the TPMS monitors, just not through BimmerCode.
OMG, PepBoys is the worst. I would take it to the dealer before going to PepBoys. I wouldn't trust them to even know what TMPS is, let alone program it to the car.

420 for 4 tires installed is a win in my book, but was it really? They stripped a lug bolt, so I hope they didn’t strip the hole. Only one tire tech working that morning too, and my mini was in the bay with window so I watch him do it, 2nd to last one too. I don’t know why it’s so hard to just put the damn bolt in the socket and hand thread in to start, he had the wheel install guide bolt to use as well.
I have a shop, and should have used them. Wife’s car went there after my fiasco. I won’t even go back there for my free rotation, my shop is taking care of that when we flush the brake fluid, they rebalance them first, or I would just swap them myself.
It really sounds like they installed incompatible sensors so the car cannot detect them. There is no calibration or initialization to be done to the sensors nor can you change the batteries so I am not sure what they would have done to "refresh" them. When I switched over to my Miata wheels (thanks @njaremka ) I just had the shop install that new set. When I installed the wheels I just performed the TPMS reset via the NAV screen (can also be done in the tach) and the system picked up the new sensors after about a 1/4 mile of driving.
There was a change of the TPMS sensors in 2009. So there are two different versions. As yours is 2011, there should be no questions which is which. Wheel works ordered the wrong ones for my wifes convertible... (but that was built right around the change date, so they just were unlucky).
there is a thing called "TPMS service" but this simply replaces o-rings .... similar to replacing the 'core' in a standard tire valve.
A good tire store should have a TPMS test tool and can verify the system is working ... identify a bad sensor etc
