R56 2010 Delay Headlights Start

I have "auto-headlights on" activated and a HID kit retrofitted.
My idea is create a delay after ignition (ie: 5s) for the headlights to let the engine start in a clean maner, and that is easy with a delay timer relay.

My question is: there is a way via programming to get this delay as a setting (in FRM, CAS or the module where the setting is)?

Not as far as I am aware and I have done a fair bit of coding. I don't see the problem with turning the stalk to put them off until you need them though?

I would think it would be easier to just turn the switch to "OFF" prior to starting the car...

By law, I need to have headlights always on, even if I don't need it

Yes it's easier but "auto-headlights ON" is more comfortable. The idea is don't care about turning on and off headlights.
In this case (auto-headlights ON) you can't turn it off from the switch (position 0 = headlights ON)

I assume it should be in the FRM coding. Same logic if you want to turn the fog lights with high beam! or the rear fog lights with reverse. do you have NCS expert and NCS dummy to at least go through the codes?
