2009 Engine Cover Missing?

I have a 2009 Mini Cooper S convertible with the turbo engine. I noticed when I was checking the oil that there were two empty threaded holes. I have attached a picture. Is there a cover that is supposed to cover the coil wiring and have a cutout for the filler cap? Ebay seems to have a cover but the holes do not make sense.

I guess I am not missing something. Thanks for the confirmation. Odd that there are those two brass colored threaded inserts and then there are two more threaded holes by the turbo charger. Someone must have designed them in for something. Thanks for taking the time to look for me.

Since the engine is also used on Citreon, i believe the turbo piping is run differently hense utilizing these holes for support.
