Definitely get a bigger front mount intercooler and you'll be ready for Manic stage 2.

Then there's the ebay special if you want to go that route, sub $400 on there.

 

Get a good intercooler, heck sell the CAI to make up the difference as you'll get gains from IC, just noise from CAI. ;-)

 

You are absolutely right... i got nothing from CAI just some different sounds. If i'd like to go with Manic Tuning.. another batter way to do not to ship my ECU to North Carolina? I don't wanna wait for that. It like over week probably.

He is correct. Do an intercooler as your next mod as it will help with the power and really be needed when you turn it up with the tune.

We offer several intercoolers, but use the Forge the most and run it on my personal cars.

Contact and work out with them when you are sending the ECU. They might be able to do a same day turnaround and have it back in the mail the next day. It depends on how much you are willing to pay on shipping and how much downtime you can tolerate. Or you can drive to a dealer and get it done while you wait with an appointment, if that's possible.

 

I suggest getting ahold of MarioKart here on the forums. He is in California but will ship your ECU back the same day. Super knowledgeable and helpful!!! Highly recommended. Do it right should only be down 3-4 days.
