Trying to figure out Rally Light wiring...

Have a 2008 Mini S that has rally lights from iJDMTOY LED Rally Driving Lights with Halo Ring LED Daytime Running Lamp Assembly For MINI Cooper. I am having issues trying to figure out where to run the red "hot" wire to the car. I tried it connecting to the "Hot" bus in the relay box and the turned on and worked. The obvious problem is that they will not ever turn off completely that way...at least not until the battery runs down. Ant suggestions on where to tap in to the electrical system? I have attached a link to the product that gives a general idea for the hookup. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated.

It looks like the halo ring is designed to be on any time the parking lights or on. To keep the main light on the rally lights from being continuously on you'll need a separate inline switch (mounted in the cockpit) or just wire a relay into the system that turns the rally lights on anytime the high beams are on (my preference). You'll really need a relay either way because you don't want to run your rally lights with the low beams on. I'm assuming these are meant to be driving lights and not fog lights.
