R56 misc mod questions
Kinda sorta... See Acces Port, Berger (sp) Motorsports... Hand held, programmable, ECU flash loaders... As is the DimSport tuner. May not work with n18's.
There ya go, clear as mud. It's Friday nite, whatcha expect

That appears to be only one question....

Turner Motorsports sells the Shark Injector for the MINI on their website.
richardsperry, did you mean Burger Motorsports? I couldnt find Berger.
Melangell, yeah, i wanted to ask them one at a time to avoid redundancies. :-)
Porthos, Tuner has one, but it says its only for S Coopers. And only for manuals. Sadly, mine is an auto. :-(

That means you have the N18 motor so you don't have many options unless you want to pull out your ECU and shipped somewhere to be bench tuned.
I'd suggest to go with the JB+ from Burger Motorsport for now.

There is a Mods forum about 4 to 5 spots directly under this one.
There are separate areas under there for, exterior, interior, drivetrain, suspension, electrical, etc.
Just pointing this out as you can post in each and not have to stretch out your questions until each is answered.
Plus might be more Mod Guys looking thru there!
Just an idea

I'm sorry I assumed it was a S. You do not have the N18 yours is the N16 (I think).
Dyno tuning is a great idea for a car that has a turbo on it and is capable of be tuned via the OBD2 port.
Neither of which you have. I don't think that there is much in the way of tuning options for the non-s.

R55 - Clubman
R56 - Hatchback
R57 - Convertible
R58 - Coupe
R59 - Roadster
R60 - Countryman
R61 - Paceman
So there is a non-s R56 and a S R56, see what I mean.
I do believe that the hoods on a R56 non-s and R56S are interchangeable. The MINI Goodwood was a R56S with a non-S hood from the factory.
Honestly I think that you're going to have a tough time finding someone that wants to trade, especially if you are try to match colors to save cost in getting it painted. Also there is the whole shipping issue if they're not local.
You're best bet is to find car one semi-locally off a wrecked car.
New they are $368 plus shipping and paint. (Verify part number for your model year).
