Spark Plugs look normal?

Hi all,

I order 4 spark plugs from amazon last week and finally changed all 4 today. As I was pulling them out I notice there is some oil on some of them. I was wondering if anyone can help me diagnosis if there is anything wrong with my plugs. Should I be worry?

First time changing them in 47000 miles.

I'm not a mechanic, but they look normal to me. Anything else going on with the mini (high oil consumption, drive ok, etc)?

How high of consumption are you talking? Your plugs might show some signs of oil burning but it looks like then they burn clean or cleaner anways. But they still look decent to me. Ive seen way worse anyways..lol.

Thanks everyone!

I burn about 1Q every 1000 km, which is relatively high. I'm gonna see if this spark plug change will make any difference.

it won't make a difference. you probably have a PCV issue.

+1 for plug looking normal
+1 for possible PCV issue, or even very slight leak at turbo (slight possibility)

+1 PCV
The plugs look ok, the oil consumption is a little high.
