Hi Folks. I'm looking for some pictures of Lightning Blue r56's with black wheels. I'm thinking about mounting my Blizzaks to black wheels next Fall and want to see how it looks. I've done a google search and come up with limited success as far as results. Thanks in advance.

Here's my Lightning Blue/Black 2012 MINI Cooper S.

 

I like that shade of blue.

 

My MINI that I unfortunately do not have anymore....man I miss this car!

 

Did you get the 'Cooper S' decal at Cooper Flags? Those look like Dunlop Z1's with Motegi wheels. Nice combination. Sorry to hear you don't own the car anymore.

 

I actually had my neighbor make those decals, he is a vinyl sign guy. I'm actually on the hunt for another MINI as we speak, so the decal may reappear on a different color!

As for the wheels and tires....yes the tires are the Dunlop Z1's but the wheels are Team Dynamic Pro Race 1.2s

 

Good deal, post some pics when you get the new one. I'm thinking about some Z1's for next year. I have heard nothing but good things about them.

The chrome bits pop when the wheels are blacked out.

I would black everything out if I had black wheels.

 

oh yeah.
you gotta go all or none if you black out the rims.
although the new ones with black rims stock and chrome look decent...
personal preference: no chrome.

all i got left are my handles....
