Hello everyone. i finally have a mini. ive wanted one for well over 6 years. ive tried getting one 3 times. Every time something bad happened and stopped me. I had a huge skate shoe collection (yes there collectible) that i sold on ebay. i made really good money from it to use towards my wedding this sept. my amazing fiance said "your shoes meant alot to you so i want you to use the money on yourself, just make sure you buy something you really really want" first words out of my mouth "MINI COOPER S".

So 2 days ago i got a 2012 laser blue/white roof and mirrors MINI cooper S 6 speed manual with the panoramic sunroof. Finally after what seems like forever i have the car ive always wanted.

2 days in and ive already ordered the neuspeed short shift kit!

I cant say how much i love this car!
i dont know computers so i cant do pics

ive tried searching and its seems a bit overwhelming but can anyone point me in the right direction for some aftermarket parts. i was a vw guy so i know about Neuspeed and ive checked out Alta , anything im missing?

Congratulations! It's always fun to see someone with a dream fulfilled, no matter what the dream is. MINIs are great little cars, in my mind nearly perfect, especially when you factor in size, fuel economy, power to weight ratio, cost and "fun factor". Sounds like you are just getting started in life. You and your new bride have many miles ahead of you with twists and turns that you can't even imagine now, so enjoy the ride. Welcome! I almost bought a '12 Laser Blue/White MCS. I too am coming from VW ('08 Jetta 2.0T), but I've found that outmotoring.com is a good start to look for parts. Not sure on their prices though..

Hey everybody, thanks for the feedback. I feel pretty dumb, my MCS is actually Lighting Blue Metallic.

Im just waiting for my nm short shift kit, nm torque arm insert, and white bonnet stripes to come in the mail.

any ideas on the next mod? im thinking neuspeed intake possibly.
