Might be a dumb question, but isn't that just doing what the sport button does?

Or does it really make it feel 350 dollars worth better?

Not a dumb question at all. Sprintbooster still works with sport button on. It is more aggressive than the button and you don't have to remember to turn it on.

does the sprintbooster play with boost, a/f, and timing or does it just change throttle response?

If it is more aggressive than the sport button that'll be like turning your throttle into an on/off switch.

What if I have this and, let's say, a remap from a tuner? Are they compatible together?

I always have my sport button on, but i don't know that I'd want the throttle to be even more sensitive than that.
