Black out Help.

well guys all of you black outers inspired me to black out my DS/DS MCS.
so yesterday i did the HL, TL and gas cap.

loved the look so im doing front grill, side vents and side view mirrors.
questio is HOW TO get the mirrors off without breaking anything.
also how to get the side vents off so i can paint.

looking forward to answers tnx.

ps.. i forgot to add, my car has the driving lights factory installed, so im guessing i need to take these off too in order to get the lower grill chrome section off.

anyone care to give me some HOW to help for this also.

OK well i went ahead and did grill and side vents by myself.

now i only need someone to tell me how to take the damn side mirror covers off. i dont want to break anything!!

since you asked for em.
here are the final pics of what i did.
i couldnt do the mirror caps cuz i didnt want to force em out and break em.

sadly one of the side vents clip broke.
and the other vent got stuck to the newspaper and ended up with one of the sides looking kinda ugly, il repaint later.

looks good. so you decided paint instead of plastidip? sorry i dont know how to get the side mirrors off, did u find out how to get the driving lights off? i wonder if the factory install is the same as the DIY with a rivet.

well i did plasti dip it.
used 1 can and a little more from another

(i bought 8 total and used 1 yesterday for the front HL and read TL and gas cap.)
i just resprayed the gas cap and did the front grill and side vents.

too me about 2 hrs since the weather is kinda bad and nothing wants to dry.

about the driving lights i just unscrewed them using an allen wrench and then just kinda pulled on the chrome and it came right off, im gona put it all back together and take the final pics.
