ok im decideing between gold, white, or black rims on my lightning blue and white mcs



can i gets some pics of what you guys have done?

 

I've got black wheels on Laser Blue/Black... Maybe it'll give you some ideas... Black looks good with my black roof and stripes, not sure I would like them with a white roof and stripes.

 

I just got some new black 17" Drag's on my Mini. I know its not ever close to your paint color but I thought you might want to see what black rims look like with the white roof/stripes/mirrors. Sorry for the bad picture. I have more in my gallery/garage.

watever you do, show pics. i wanna see the black rim setup. im debating between gunmetal/hyperblack/black rims...

maybe your pic can convince me.

edit:
i remember reading a post regarding white rims. the stock calipers release a lot of brake dust, he ended up cleaning his white rims every other day...

think of the long term, nearly permanent affects of break dust on an all white rim

 

here's a bunch i've collected over the years. sorry, but i don't have any with gold or black rims. i like the white rims, but i agree they'd be a pain in the butt. i have silver bridge spokes and i can barely keep those clean. another thought i've been kicking around is a silver rim with a blue lip. i've seen it done on black / red rims before, but never with silver or blue. maybe if someone is bored and has access to some photoshop...

some gold would be quite unique for a mini from what ive seen.
