Now I have 6 weeks to sell my car.
The dealership would not even deal with me on the trade in. I think the mini is selling so good they dont have to work to make any deals.

Anybody have any luck with autotrader?

 

I ordered mine exactly a year ago.. man that's gone by fast.. anyways, they wanted to give me 1k for a 2001 Honda Civic, sold it for 6k, they told me that they really don't offer much for trade in's and I should just sell it, worked for me, he was honest at least.

 

What kind of car were you trading?

They took my 97 BMW M3 E36 with 140K miles...I even negotiated the price up a little.

I used Craigslist. Worked great. Sold in one day.

They only offered me 15 K for my fully loaded 2007 honda civic EX. It has built in navigation, sunroof, 7 year or 70K Warranty (5 years left on it), and built in satellite radio. Very good mpg as we know. I am able to sell it for 18K. Use craigslist..i get sooo many responses, im having an open house for people to view my car next weekend.

How do you find out what production week you are in? I just put in the order last night.

Keep calling Ask MINI and speak to a person there. Eventually your production number will be given a VIN and they can tell you what your production week is.

Since i have a mini, they bought mine at a good price
