If Apple made a car...

it would be a mini, so I am wondering how many hard core mac fan boys own Minis?

Twenty year MacFanatic, first time Mini owner ('08 MCS BRG). There was definitely something about the integration of design, ease of use and practicality that led me to a Mini. Of course, my screen name would be a dead giveaway for anyone looking for Mac/Mini owners.

I'm an Apple fan. Using the Powerbook G4 12" right now. I also have the iPhone (4gb), which I bought the day they came out. I should have waiting so I could have had at least an 8gb for (if I'm thinking correctly) the same price or $100 less. Oh, I almost forgot my product(RED) nano in the car.

TVR's are supposed to be the most un-user-friendly car on the planet!

My first Mac was a 128K in 1984. I started a company that became Casady & Greene, Inc. Some long-time Mac fans may remember Fluent Laser Fonts (first non-built-in PostScript fonts for the LaserWriter), Conflict Catcher, Crystal Quest (first color game on the Mac), QuickDEX (became InfoGenie, now iData) the list goes on. Currently helping a friend publish iData 3.

I have an old G4, and a Mac Book Pro. Also have two iPods and will probably dump Verizon to get an iPhone.

Actually Apple has considered a venture into the automobile industry, but it was with VW (an excellent choice as well IMHO)

Hmmm... Let's see I guess you could say I'm a Mac guy. I not only had a 128k in '84 (Still have it) but I also had a Newton! I'm not even going to count how many Apple products I have sitting around the house. Less than a month until the iPhone 3G

Hmm... Brent Sienna level of adoration? Maybe.

Then again I'm not this bad.

I've been using Apple Computers since 1983 when I got my IIe. First Mac was in the early 90's a Macintosh LC, with a whopping 80MB hard drive, yeah I bought the upgrade from 40MB! Currently I have a new iMac I'm using right now and I have 2 other iMacs in the house, an iBook, a G3 Tower, an Apple Newton, an Apple eMate, 5 iPods.... There is a Dell in the house that belongs to my wife, if the Intel Apples had come out before we bought the Dell it wouldn't be here. The one thing that Steve Jobs did that upset me was canceling the Apple Newton, but the iPod sure helped out my stock!

I personally think Apple's automotive kindred spirit is Audi but the Apple-MINI Venn diagram has a lot of overlap too.

Good to see mac fans here! I am happy to say I have never had the misfortune of owning a PC. My first and fave machine for styling was my SE/30, and I have a couple of running SE's sitting in closets along with a 'newer' Performa (people just give me old macs it seems, like stray pets). These machines run forever and I still run an iMac DV SE as a tertiary machine, keep an eMac running for my folks, and use a trusty 12" ibook G4 for most of my research work. All are on OSX and the G4 ibook is surprisingly speedy and very stable on 10.5.3. Waiting for a change in form factor to get a macbook -- hopefully this fall or at least next January? Fingers crossed!!
