As of Saturday, it has been 1 year that I have had the pleasure of owning my MINI. I struggled through picking options and the color, paced the floor while she was being assembled over the pond then was ecstatic to learn she had arrived earlier than expected. I was lucky enough to pick her up the night before the '07's were supposed to be released and havent looked back since. Driving her each day has been fun and I couldnt imagine driving anything else Anyone else out there celebrating a year?

 

My wife has owned hers for exactly 1 year. She loves it. She's already talking about her NEXT one.

 

I have only had mine for about 2 months. I bought a left over MCS 07. I too love driving it.

 

Hey Trinity - me too. I picked up my car a year ago (next week) - its been a fun year, I've never enjoyed driving so much.

Hey lava, I knew you had to be at or near a year. I still remember all of us talking back and forth in anticipation of our MINI's arrival. Im glad to hear youre enjoying yours a year later too

Krutty of course you count! Just because your car is a bit paler than the first doesnt mean a thing

 

Yes I do remember the eager anticipation of that Laser Blue R56 - I still think it looks better than Pepper White! Especially now that mine's a little "crunched" right now. :-)

So I expect you will be at the Dragon this spring!

 

I know, I still look at the Laser Blue MINI's and sigh. It was my alternate color choice and I sometimes wish I had picked it instead. So, other than the crunch accident are you having better luck with this one?

Im still not sure about the Dragon, I dont have a place to stay this time but I will come up at least for a day trip. I hope I get to catch up with you there!
