Two years of waiting didn't help with refining my car! I changed the options on the mini about three 10 million times! In the end here is what I ordered...
Some mods that will happen within the first week or two will be:
- 07 MCS (Didn't want to wait the extra month for the 08!)
- Dark Silver/Black Roof?Black Bonnet Stipes
- Anthracite Headliner
- Sport Package
- Sport Suspension
- Mulit-Function Steering Wheel (getting JCW wheel right off the bat)
- Limited Slip
- Comfort Access
- Sunroof (the option I couldn't decide about but I went for it!)
- Center Arm Rest
- Pianno Black Surface
- Rear Foglamps
- Hi-Fi Sound
- White Turn Signal
Some mods that will happen within the first week or two will be:
- JCW Steering Wheel (suede)
- JCW Shift ***
- Hard Wire my Escort Passport 9500i
- Air Horn
- Driving Lamps (prob not the OEM ones... any suggestions?)
- Rear Sway Bar Upgrade
- JCW Stage I Engine kit
- Wheels (last thing on my list an a ways down the road)

loadtoad,
I can't help but notice our similarities in vehicle selection. Most notably the air horn mod you mentioned.
Are you planning on going for the full compressor/tank install and everything or are you gunna get one of those cheap ones they have at harbor freight tools that use a little solenoid?
Personally, my ideal air horn setup would be mounting the compressor under the bonnet, route the tank somewhere discretely, likely in the trunk, and then have train horns set up somewhere where there is room (on the outside of course)
Train horn on a mini. small car BIG SOUND!
let me know what you think of that
