I saw one at my local dealer...an MC, not an MCS. I loved it!. I'm ordering in 2008 MCS and I think I'm going for this color scheme.

 

I'd like to see a pure Lightning Blue too. The LiB/Black seems a little too dark and the LiB/White seems a little too light. It seems like the LiB might be just right? Maybe, LiB only with Chrome Mirrors?

 

Well, it has stripes, so not technically solid, but it has LiB roof and mirrors. I could not decide, so my wife picked the color. Dang, she's good.

 

Nice and hawt. I'm looking for those stripes for my LB too....where'd you get them from? Can you provide details, specifically width of each stripe and the gap between them? Thanks.

 

Well, they're just the standard sport stripes from MINI. I am pretty sure you can get cheaper ones aftermarket, and varying widths, with pinstripes, but I did not want to wait to get them put on. My only regret with them, is they do not continue on to the bumpers, they are strictly bonnet, hood, and boot.
