Chrome Pedals?

Are chrome foot pedals only available for the Cooper S? I've noticed in the Mini Cooper that they're not... both R56 and previous. Is it part of Chrome line interior?

Thanks,

Matt

It comes standard on all MCS's, as in not part of the chrome line interior option.

You can get the S style stainless steel pedals for the Cooper. They're in the Motoring Accessories book.

Accelerator Module: $107
Brake, Manual: $13.40
Brake, Auto: $19.10
Clutch: $13.40
Footrest: $30.50

That's just the regular dealer prices. I'm sure you could get a much better deal going from one of the various aftermarket websites, or a NAM friendly (discount) dealer. The install must be pretty easy (there's no actual words in the official instruction sheet), so I certainly wouldn't be paying the dealer to do the labor.

How about the dead pedal? It looks plastic and also have blue stripes running down them. Is that right or am I supposed to be peeling some film off?

Mine's silver with black stripes. Maybe you're supposed to peel the film off
