Sounds like a beauty of a combo. Now let the waiting games begin. I think I'm in the home stretch as of today.

 

I'm going to have to borrow "hers" for now.

Besides checking the Owner's Lounge website and with my dealer (Mini of Univeral City and Victoria rocks BTW), is there any other way to find out the status of the car?

I see people provided you links, they are pretty good. Find out your production week and then you can join in some of the group fun.

You might find a nicely modded MCS 6 speed will replace the S2000 in your car list.

 

Congrats, I just ordered mine this past Saturday! We were debating on Pepper White versus Pure Silver but ended up w/ Silver because we thought the PW was to creme looking (personal preference I think).

Anyway, now its time for the long wait...

So I just found out that Pulguita (little flea in Spanish), the name of our MCS, has started production on 8/6 and will be complete by 8/13. Anyone know what happens then? I assume he will broad a ship bound for the US. Which port will the ship be headed towards? We live in SoCal and I know there is a BMW Vehicle Processing Center at Port Hueneme. Is it safe to assume that we can take delivery around the week of 9/10?
