How to remove OEM windshield wipers 2014 Clubman S

As far as I can tell these are OEM parts, but I've squeezed and pulled and prodded and I can't figure out how to remove them to put on non OEM ones as replacements. I've searched in the threads, but haven't seen any advice other than 'take it to the dealer.' My closest dealer is 200 miles away so not an option. I just need to know how to pull these apart.

I've seen the video, it does not show the kind of wipers I have or how to remove them. His are PAII or something, mine have a solid piece over it.

Probably squeeze at the dotted tabs and pull towards you. It can only come off that metal hook one way, probably just really tight.

So here's the arm after I finally wrestled off the wiper and after two returns, the old ones went back on as no one in town has the correct ones.

Yea, you have the newer design which started in 7/2012 on. The older ones are called a J hook, the newer ones 7/2012 are aero blades ad called by Valeo an "I" hook. Not too many places have the newer I hook design. Its part number : 61610039343
