Hello Everyone. I have a general question related to extended warranty. I recently bought 2013 mini cooper clubman automatic with 42000 miles on it .
Should I buy extended warranty or I should be Ok without it. I keep my cars well maintained and all scheduled maintenance done aggressively.

Since I just got my car back today from the dealer, I'd say "HELL TO THE YES" on any Mini purchase. My 100k mile warranty just paid $3,100 in bills and I paid a $50 deductible. A/C compressor went out along with the hose that leads into the compressor. And to top that off, at the exact same time the water pump and thermostat decided to crap themselves. These are things that the "is it an S" question really doesn't matter. The answer is just "Yes please. How much is it? Where do I sign?"

 

my extended warranty paid for itself, I figured with the turbo I should get it.

 

Just curious, how many miles and what year R55s?

 

54k. I was surprised.

 

My dad got the extended maintainence on his 07 R56 and recently got a new clutch. Worth it right there. The brakes and oil changes were basically freebies.
