Just finished install of the H&R's. I love it. Drop is perfect. Stock wheels and 215's. Handles tons better. Only issue is camber. I knew I wouldn't get much out of the front, but -.9 is it...that stinks. In the rear I can't get enough out, -2.0 is as low as I can get it. So it looks like at the minimum you need to do camber links in the back when dropping these cars.
OZ Wheels aren't stock. Looks good though! I have H&R and Koni Yellows. I usually have them set to fairly soft because I drive my kids around. It's really comfortable and handles much better than when I bought it and was only on the H&R springs.
Lol..Sorry..I had swapped off the Ronals and forgot :-) So even with no links in the rear or plates in the front she was WORLDS better on the street and a blast on the track running to OZs and 215s in the pics. Totally worth the money.
I'm a newbie here, so bare with me while I ask dumb questions. I was looking at the H&R's myself. I would love to lower my 2012 r55, but I also don't want to make the ride too stiff because of my wife. She likes a smooth ride. How much of a difference is it?
Also, did you just do the springs?

IMO, you don't just do the springs. The oem shocks will go bad quickly and it'll get very uncomfortable. Bouncing down the road is no bueno. My car had H&R's installed, but no shocks. Changed out the shocks to Koni Yellows and have really enjoyed the drive ever since. I play with the adjustments on the front every now and then. I have yet to play with the rears, since I have to drop the springs to get to them. But, overall - I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
